I'm Kira. I live in both worlds.

I'm an artist, an educator, a creative entrepreneur, and someone who spent 20 years running a creative business on duct tape and determination. I know your world because I lived in it. The seventeen tabs. The software that doesn't feel like you. The evenings you lose to things that should just run.


Technology finally caught up with my imagination. So after redesigning my own business systems from scratch, I'm here to build yours. Not because I just learned how. Because I've needed this for twenty years and I finally know how to make it.

A Fix averages about two weeks. An Overhaul averages about six. Timing can vary depending on complexity but you'll have a clear picture after your audit.

Yes, completely. If you ever want to transfer ownership and take it elsewhere, just give me 30 days notice and I'll package everything up cleanly for you.

Every build includes two months of light iteration and revision so we can dial things in after launch. After that, as your business grows and your needs evolve, we can revisit additions and revisions together. Those are scoped and priced separately based on what you need.

That's exactly what the Audit is for. You don't need to arrive with a plan. You just need to show up and tell me how your business works and where it feels hard. I'll figure out the rest.
